Help us bless Whittlesprings Middle and HVA teachers
We’ve been invited by the Principal of Whittlesprings Middle School to help encourage their teachers as they begin a new school year. Join us next Sunday morning (7/31) @ 9:30 in the HVA library as we assemble goodies bags, write notes, and pray for the teachers of Whittlesprings and HVA. iKids Serving Opportunities
If you’ve been on the iKids team before or would like to jump in and join us, please let us know by filling out this short form. Our iKids team serves babies- 3rd graders on Sunday mornings and nursery through 5th grade on Wednesday evenings. There are lots of places to plug in and help disciple the next generation. Tech Serving Opportunities
Have a gifting for tech and worship and a desire to serve on Sunday mornings? We want to hear from you! We have several serving opportunities available at Immanuel. From lyrics, to photography, to setup and stage displays, if you want to jump on the team now is the time! Community Groups
The Christian life is better with others. Just as your fitness goals are better achieved with the support of others, so your spiritual goals are better achieved with support of other Christians. You were not meant to go it alone.
As we head towards the fall, registration for Community Groups is now live! These groups provide a smaller setting where you can go beyond chitchat and really get to know and be known by others.

House Mountain Hike
Adventures with Christ is a new ministry opportunity led by Tim and Kellie Holt designed to deepen friendships while finding joy in outdoor recreation. Join in for a hike up House Mountain for lunch and testimonies on Saturday, July 23rd!
The group will leave from the Immanuel Church Ministry Center. Meet there at 8:30AM. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear (hiking boots or shoes) and to bring water, snacks, lunch, sunscreen, and bug spray. Future Foundations
At our June Family Meeting, Immanuel Church voted to pursue Phase 1 of the Valley Vista Project. Phase 1 is a Community Center/Family-Life Building. Find the latest information and check out the drawings at iknox.org/futurefoundations.

Community Spotlight
Pathways 5k Run/Walk
The Pathways 5k Run/Walk benefiting the Tennessee Children’s Home will be hosted on Saturday, 8/27 at West End Church of Christ. The race begins at 8:00am with check-in at 7:00am. The cost is $25 and all proceeds go to the Tennessee Children’s Home.
