Men’s Breakfast
Join us for a delicious breakfast on Saturday, May 11th from 8-9 am. We’ll gather at the Valley Vista site for a morning of pancakes, testimony, and fellowship. We’ll also share about some new men’s groups that will be launching soon. Sign up Sundays in the Atrium or online here.

Missions Emphasis
Local Partner: Camp Ta-pa-win-go
Camp Ta-Pa-Win-Go exists to share the love of Jesus Christ and His wonderful plan of forgiveness of sin. Immanuel Church continues to partner with Camp T each summer to help run a week of camp to share the Gospel with approximately 100 young elementary kids. Pray for our Immanuel team as they go this summer to speak truth into the lives of these kids; and to encourage our missionary partners, Dave and Kathy Johnson.
Missions Opportunity
Would you come alongside national partners *Malik & Sarah as their team leads an evangelistic Sports Ministry Camp with Egyptian youth? Games & outdoor activities create relationships to connect in small groups for gospel conversations. The team will join young adults in games, teaching times, prayer, and worship at a secure retreat site. Team members should be spiritually mature, flexible, and relational, able to participate in outdoor activities with enthusiasm. This is in a Middle Eastern context with appropriate security protocols. Training will be provided beforehand, along with orientation on arrival. Travel to arrive July 24th and return to the US on August 3 or 4, with an option included for a cultural experience day in Cairo. Cost of $2400 each covers travel, lodging, food, camp support, and tour. To join in this life-changing experience and serve, contact Jared Raby (jared@iknox.org).

LifeWise Academy
A friend of Immanuel’s recently brought LifeWise to our attention. LifeWise helps communities bring Bible education classes to their local public schools, DURING SCHOOL HOURS… A similar program is already in the works at Farragut High School. To learn more about LifeWise, check out their site. To help bring LifeWise to Knox County Schools, you can add your name to the list of signatures.

At our last Family Meeting, Immanuel Church voted to move $250,000 to the Valley Vista Project, bringing the total given since July 1 to over $827,000. Praise the Lord for His provision through your faithful and generous giving!
