Immanuel Church exists to connect you to new life in Jesus. Everyone is invited, and all are welcome! We hope you will join us.
Time and Location
Immanuel Church meets at Hardin Valley Academy, Sundays at 10:30AM. Parking is available in the front of the school. (Get Directions.)
We also offer discipleship programs at 9:00am, which include iKids Crew (preschool-5th), Student Ministry (6th-12th), and Core Seminars (for adults). Nursery and Toddler Rooms are available as well.
Worship Service
Worship services are warm and engaging. A typical service includes singing, prayer, scripture-reading, and a lesson from the Bible. Dress is casual. We are usually done by 11:45AM.
Immanuel Kids
At Immanuel, children of all ages are invited to join the adults for the 10:30 Worship Gathering. Why? We are convinced that one of the best ways for parents and the church to show and share Jesus is through participating in the worship service. Be sure to pick up one of the iKids Activity Bags in the Atrium.
Newborn – Preschool
Nursery, infant, toddler, and preschool classes are provided throughout the Worship Gathering. Our Kids Team is dedicated to loving and caring for each child, providing an environment where they can learn about and grow in Jesus.
Lower Elementary (K-3rd) Release Time
The Lower Elementary children begin in the Worship Gathering with their parents. Around 11:00, Kindergarten through 3rd Grade is dismissed (with their teachers) to their classroom. Children participating in this class need to be registered at the Kids Check-In (see below) prior to the 10:30 Gathering.
Sunday morning Preschool through 3rd Grade classes utilize The Gospel Project for Kids Curriculum, “a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture.” Learn more about the Gospel Project for Kids.
Secure Check-In
At Immanuel Church, we are committed to providing a safe place for each child and peace of mind for every parent. When your child(ren) is electronically registered into Immanuel Kids, they will receive a temporary name tag that includes a code unique to that child. The parents are also given a copy and must present it at pick-up.
