February 2025: SENT Emphasis
Throughout the month of February, we will be highlighting our missions partners. These international and local partnerships help us fulfill the great commission by reminding us that God has sent us to share the good news about Jesus to everyone, everywhere. Please use this occasion to familiarize yourself with our partners and keep them in your prayers.
International Partners
J & J
Providing regional leadership in the Middle East, J & J are involved in equipping and mentoring Christian leaders that serve in some of the most hard to reach places.
Nate & Lauren Bell (Lennon, Lola, Henry, Calvin and Quincy)
The Bells are involved in church planting and ministering among a Muslim population in Cape Town, South Africa.
Stephanie Kozick
Through the Cosmo Vision Center in Greece, Stephanie ministers among refugee populations and organizes evangelistic sports camps in the summer.
Prospective Partners
Martin & Elsy Gonzalez (Stephany and Ana Maria)
Serving at the southern tip of Colombia along the Amazon River where Colombia, Peru and Brazil meet, Pastor Martin leads the Leticia Bible Church and ministers among the indigenous people along the Amazon.
Jonathan and Lexi Taylor (Wren and Crosby)
The Taylors are in the process of raising the support they need to be full-time missionaries with Live Global. They are developing connections all around the world to facilitate the spread of the gospel.
ICYA Anchor Retreat
Are you a young adult or a college student looking to grow your faith and connect with others? If so, join us for our Immanuel Church Young Adults’ Anchor Retreat! We will be traveling to North Myrtle Beach, SC over spring break for a chance to learn more about Christ and what it means to follow him. In addition to this, we’ll also have the opportunity to hang out, play games, and spend time at the beach! Sign up today to join us!

Do you have automotive repair skills? Enjoy providing meals? Are you willing to help someone move? Able to provide lawn care? Able to provide some simple home repairs? We are all gifted in a myriad of ways, and we have a place for you!

10TH ANNUAL REGIONAL ADOPTION, FOSTER AND KINSHIP CARE CONFERENCE
Learn more about adoption, foster care, and kinship care at a conference hosted by Knoxville Area Foster Care and Adoption Ministries (KAFCAM). The target audience includes prospective and active foster, kinship and adoptive parents as well as those looking to support the Knox County adoption, foster care, and kinship care community .KAFCAM’s 10th Annual Regional Conference will be held on Saturday, March 29th from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church located at 8201 Hill Road, Knoxville, TN 37938.
