Thanksgiving Boxes due this Sunday
We have partnered with Cedarbrook Outreach to provide Thanksgiving meals for those in our community. Boxes need to be returned by this Sunday morning, November 9th.

We’re Doing a Christmas Eve Play!
The scene is set as Matthew and John are discussing the birth of Jesus, each wondering how best to capture the wonder of Christ. In the Christmas Messiah, they come together at Bethlehem with the rest of us to hear the prophecies of the coming Messiah.
Character Needs
Characters with no lines: Mary & Joseph, the Angel of the Lord, shepherds [2 needed], and wise men.
There will be three rehearsals. The play will be presented as part of the Christmas Eve service.

Help for Hope Central
With the recent government shutdown, we would like to help those who lost food stamps during this difficult season. We have paired up with Hope Central to provide $25 gift cards to either Kroger or Walmart. If you could bring a gift card to help contribute to those needing assistance, there will be a box in the atrium to drop off Gift Cards. Email renee@iknox.org if you have any questions. Quest Ministries
Jim Hight recently announced the formation of Quest Ministries, an international network focused on supporting Christian leaders and fostering healthy churches worldwide. iKids Volunteer Needed
Immanuel Kids Ministry could use your help! We are in need of one volunteer for nursery for the 9am and two volunteers for the 10:30am. If you are interested in serving in the nursery once a month, please reach out to Sara at 865-310-8236.
