Giving Sunday November 30th
Each year we set aside a Sunday in November to emphasize generosity and giving. In the past, this giving has focused on the building project. This year, with the building complete and with much gratitude in our hearts, we want to continue that spirit of giving.
We are inviting everyone to prayerfully consider making a generous gift to a ministry of your choosing, be that Immanuel Church, Quest Ministries, Future Foundations, Compassion Closet (see below), or some other ministry or missionary on your heart. However the Lord directs you, we want to overflow with thanksgiving and generosity.
Giving Links:
- Give to Immanuel Church General Fund. This fund represents the general operating budget of Immanuel.
- Give to Future Foundations (TBD). This fund represents future building projects (to be determined).
- Give to Quest Ministries. This is an exciting new ministry initiative lead by Jim Hight. Find out more about Quest Ministries here.
- Give to Compassion Closet. Compassion Closet is our partner focus for December. Find out more about Compassion Closet here.
Please consider making a gift leading up to November 30th or through the end of the calendar year. We will take up a special offering this Sunday during worship service.

Immanuel Kids Ministry could use your help! We are in need of two volunteers for the 10:30am. If you are interested in serving in the nursery once a month, please reach out to Sara at 865-310-8236.
Student Ministry Lock-In December 5th
The Overnighter Dynamiter is back! This year it’s the lock-in edition!
The Dynamiter is an in-town mini retreat. We will study the bible together, team build, do fun activities around the church, and just have a good time together! It will be dynamite!

Compassion Tree
The Compassion Tree will be in the atrium throughout the month of December. Please consider taking an ornament and purchasing an item to help the Compassion Closet provide for the needs of foster care families in our community.

Join a Community Group today
The Christian life is better together! Community Groups connect you with other believers for the purpose of encouragement and growth in your life and faith. Groups typically gather weekly to pray, study the Bible, and support one another. These groups meet at the church or in area homes and consist of 8-14 people.
